Using this website

This website is operated by Aptiway Technologies Private Limited (India) and Aptiway Information Technology Consultancy (UAE), which operate under common management and are together referred to here as “Aptiway”, “we” and “us”. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

What this website is for

This site describes who we are and what we build. It is marketing and general information.

Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a commitment to supply, or professional advice. Descriptions of our platforms, solutions and capabilities are general and may not reflect what would be delivered in a specific engagement. Any work we do for you will be governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement — not this website — sets out what we are obliged to deliver.

Where we describe a system as “live”, “in production” or “in delivery”, that reflects our understanding at the time of writing. Capability, scope and roadmap can change.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written permission;

• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the site for commercial purposes.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this site, please tell us at info@aptiway.com before disclosing it elsewhere. We will take a responsible disclosure seriously and will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not exploit it.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site — text, layout, design, diagrams, graphics and code — belongs to Aptiway or is used with permission. The Aptiway name and logo are trade marks of Aptiway Technologies Private Limited and may not be used without our written consent.

You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own internal reference. You may not republish, sell, or commercially exploit our content, or remove any proprietary notice from it.

Client and partner names and logos shown on this site are the trade marks of their respective owners. They are displayed to identify organisations we have worked with or technology we integrate, and their presence does not imply that those organisations endorse Aptiway or its services.

Links to other sites

This site links to third-party websites, such as those of partners and standards bodies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your information. A link is not an endorsement.

Availability and accuracy

This clause governs your use of the website. It does not affect the liability provisions of any commercial agreement between Aptiway and your organisation, which are set out in that agreement.

How we handle personal information collected through this site is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them — except that we retain the right to bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where a breach occurs.

Nothing here affects the dispute resolution or governing law provisions of a separate commercial agreement between Aptiway and your organisation.
